Well, we can see here just a windows 8 desktop with random photo on background, one flat icon of Internet Explorer and a window that shows us someones dream about IE. Oh, and very "funny" joke about t&m. Dude... srsly? Tray is just empty. What language do I use right now? Cursor looks like one of that cursors that people upload on shitty websites with stuff like this. And only title "Windows 8 Blue" tells us that this is "Windows 8 Blue", but I see here clipped Windows 8. Maybe if you just upload this pic in the window, it would be better.
